Beach Resort Regulations

1) HOURS
The beach resort is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm in June, July, and August, and from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in May and September. Management reserves the right to close the resort or modify its normal hours for business reasons, subject to prior notification and possible reimbursement of any unused daily pass.

2) ACCESS METHODS
Access is permitted only upon presentation of the appropriate QR code. The entrance ticket, use of the station, and the changing room may not be transferred to third parties. Please note that parts of the facility are subject to video surveillance for security reasons and that personal data is processed in full compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The beach facility is located on rocky terrain within a natural cove between two cliffs, therefore some areas have slopes, obstacles, and uneven ground. Please be careful. The facility offers easy access for the disabled, free of architectural barriers, as indicated by special signage at the entrance.

3) PARKING
The area designated for parking cars and motorcycles is unattended, therefore the Management declines all responsibility for any theft, damage and/or accidents.

4) PROHIBITIONS
It is prohibited throughout the facility: bringing beach equipment and/or furnishings; bringing bulky inflatables, SUPs, dinghies, or other types of boats; spreading beach towels on the sand; moving beach equipment from its assigned location; engaging in games and/or other activities that could disturb or harm other bathers; turning on any sound system that could disturb the peace of other bathers; wasting water in the bathroom/shower area; using stoves and/or lighting fires; or setting up tables or banquets. Furthermore, fishing, as well as cleaning or handling any marine species (e.g., shellfish, octopus, shellfish, etc.), is prohibited. Disposing of any kind of waste into the sea is expressly prohibited; waste must be disposed of properly in the designated recycling bins. Damage to trees and greenery in general is prohibited. Violators will be identified and reported to the relevant authorities.

5) ANIMALS
Animals of any kind are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs.

6) PLAY AREA
The playground is reserved for children between the ages of 3 and 12. Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by their parents/guardians. Management declines all responsibility for any damage to persons and/or property resulting from improper use of the playground.

7) PINE FOREST AREA
Some tables with benches in the pine forest (marked with a totem) are reserved exclusively for takeaway drinks purchased at the kiosk. Management is authorized to remove bags, beach towels, and any other items left unattended on the tables.

8) CABIN AND OBJECTS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings brought into the facility, whether stored in the cabin or left unattended in common areas. Management is therefore not liable for any damage, theft, or loss. Nails to walls, doors, or furniture are prohibited inside the cabins. At the end of the stay, guests must vacate the cabin of all personal belongings. Otherwise, Management is authorized to remove abandoned items and is exempt from any liability. Guests authorize Management to inspect the cabin for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance reasons. Loss of the cabin key will result in a €20.00 charge for lock replacement.

9) FLAGS, SIGNALS AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
If the sea conditions are declared dangerous, a red flag will be raised. Swimming is strongly discouraged under this condition. A double red flag indicates that swimming is strictly prohibited. On days of strong winds, a yellow flag will be raised, meaning umbrellas must remain closed to prevent injury or damage. When offshore winds are blowing, the use of canoes, boards, stand-up paddleboards, air mattresses, dinghies, and anything else that could be exposed to the wind is prohibited. In these circumstances, all guests are required to comply with the applicable regulations and the instructions of the beach staff. Santo Stefano S.r.l. declines all liability for those who do not observe the rules or ignore the warnings. For rules of conduct and safety, express reference is made to the current ordinances issued by the local Port Authority, the Puglia Region, and the Municipality of Monopoli (BA).

10) ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
Access to the facility constitutes express acceptance of these regulations. In the event of a warning for violation of any article of these regulations, Management reserves the right to disable QR Code entry tickets, resulting in unilateral termination of the contract. Management reserves the right to remove violators at its sole discretion.
